Registration

We have emailed the link to the registration portal to those that have submitted an abstract and other presenters. If you have not received this email or would like the link for a co-author or a colleage, please email us at walking2015general@osu.edu.

During registration, you will also be able to pay for and reserve your accommodations at the convenient residence halls across from the conference center.

Basic registration will be $425 for students and $640 for non-students (e.g., faculty, post-docs, research staff, industrial personnel), and includes most meals and other conference activities. Basic accommodation is available for attendees at the Ohio State student residences, for about $30 per person for a double room and $60 per person for a single room (daily rates), paid at the time of registration.

Because available attendance is limited, we prioritized those that have submitted an abstract and other presenters. But please do send us an email as soon as possible if you would like to attend this conference even if you are not presenting.
